WrestleMania 42 delivered on Night 2, with the biggest Superstars in the sport earning spectacular cards on WWE Topps NOW. Chase Oba Femi, Brock Lesnar, Penta, Rhea Ripley, Trick Williams, Roman Reigns, and more. Order while the limited window is open on Topps.com.

Oba Beats The Beast

Perhaps the only thing that can slay a Beast is a Ruler. That’s what the inimitable Oba Femi set out to prove in the opening match of Night 2. The former shot put champion from The University of Alabama was looking to throw Brock Lesnar out of the ring with similar ease. But that’s no simple task. Just ask any other opponents from Lesnar’s storied career.

As the bell rang, these two behemoths stood in the ring as the crowd roared for its illustrious emperor with chants of “Oba!” filling the home of the Raiders. The two delivered what amounted to a kaiju fight between humans in the squared circle. Brock gave his best shots, but all were absorbed by Oba, until he made a mistake The Beast capitalized on.

But not even an F5 could keep The Ruler on the canvas. Oba swiftly delivered a chokeslam and a Fall from Grace powerbomb for a decisive win over the future Hall of Famer, who seemingly retired after the bout.

Cero Miedo

Penta has cero miedo. But willingly putting your brand-new Intercontinental Title up for grabs at the biggest stage of the year, in a ladder match with five other competitors? That’s just crazy. Nonetheless, the champ did just that against Je’Von Evans, Dragon Lee, Rusev, JD McDonagh, and Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio in a titanically stacked matchup.

The fight was absolutely wild and off the tracks throughout the bout, but when Penta delivered a filthy Mexican Destroyer to McDonagh from one ladder onto another, it became the wildest highlight of the night. Add another one to the Young OG Je’Von Evans, and Penta climbed to the top to retrieve his gold once more.

Trick Williams Takes Down Sami Zayn

United States Champion Sami Zayn has had a lot to say about his run recently, but he, like Brock, was matched up with a seemingly unstoppable young up-and-comer in Trick Williams. After the young star entered the stadium with a fur coat long enough to make a CVS receipt shudder, it was time to Whoop That Trick.

Accompanied by Lil Yachty, Trick nearly took a quick victory with a Book End to Zayn, but the wily veteran quickly countered a Trick Shot to take control. Sami further cemented his momentum by taking out the Grammy-nominated Lil Yachty before turning his attention back to Trick. Unfortunately for Zayn, he wouldn’t stay down long, and some interference plus a Trick Shot was enough to crown a new champion.

Rhea Ripley: World Champion Again

Rhea Ripley walked into WrestleMania with an impressive record in World Championship matches at The Grandest Stage of Them All, sitting at 3-0. A lot of pressure was on the back of the Eradicator, entering against the phenom Jade Cargill. The feud had gotten personal, and the time for talk was over.

Cargill dominated the match early, taking control and delivering impactful moves. She thwarted everything Rhea could throw at her, until outside interference on Cargill’s behalf actually turned the tide of battle. Rhea took control after taking out Michin and B-Fab, thanks in no small part to Iyo Sky coming to her aid.

Rhea hit a Riptide on Cargill, and just like that, we have a new Women’s World Champion.

The Main Event

Coming off his second Royal Rumble win, Roman Reigns wasted no time in choosing heated rival CM Punk, the Heavyweight Champion. These two men do not like each other. They didn’t mince words over the build to the match, nor could they keep their hands to themselves. But now it was time for the main event.

This match got intense quickly. Punk got his legs tied up on a turnbuckle, and Roman delivered three uncontested Superman Punches, followed by a shot to the head from the steel ring steps. Referee’s discretion allowed the match to continue, and it only got wilder from there.

Neither commentary desks survived, and an exhausted Punk thought he finally had Roman’s number, but he was too tired to execute. Roman took advantage with a Spear to become the new World Heavyweight Champion in a fierce fight.

WrestleMania Delivers Once Again

Night two of WrestleMania was chock full of wild moments and incredible matches. The Demon Finn Bálor made his first appearance in years when he dismantled Dirty Dominik Mysterio, and Danhausen did… Danhausen things.

It was an unforgettable night of wrestling, leaving some big questions. Where do things go now for the winners and losers? And what will they do to earn their next WWE Topps NOW card? Keep it locked right here to find out!
