Jet Lag Terms and Conditions

Promoter: Topps (Europe) Limited (“Topps”), a company incorporated in England and Wales under registration number 02673753 and with a registered office of 18 Vincent Avenue, Crownhill Business Centre, Milton Keynes, MK8 0AW.

1. Prize cards: hidden inside certain packs of Topps Transcendent – FC Red Bull Salzburg are prize cards which are additional to the main cards.

2. Prizes: One (1) ticket for One (1) guest to an international match featuring RB Salzburg selected by Topps. Travel to the match and back again is included in the prize; provided, however, that the travel to Salzburg is not included. Additionally, overnight accommodation and meals included and will be selected by Topps and RB Salzburg. Other travel, including travel to Salzburg, is not included. Match will be during the 2024/2025 season.

3. How to redeem prize card: prize cards can only be redeemed for a prize by the claimant website topps.com/jetlag (the “Site”) and sharing details of the unique code on the prize cards as directed on the Site. Each prize card can only be claimed once. All prize cards may be verified in person or video call by the Promoter, so entrants must maintain the original. Promoter will contact those redemption claimants within a reasonable period after their submission to provide further details of the redemption prize they are eligible for. Redemption must be made by 1^st September 2024.

4. Claim limits: claimants of redemption card awards must be aged 18 years or over, with a residential address, except directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, members of the immediate families or households of the aforementioned, of the Promoter, the Promoter’s group of companies, or any other person or entity connected with this Promotion. To redeem a redemption card, claimants must have internet access, mobile phone number and email address. Entrants confirm that all information submitted by them in respect of this redemption offer is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge. Entrants may be required to sign the following documents: (a) an affidavit of eligibility; and (b) and any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor or RB Salzburg. Entrants are responsible for fulfilling the conditions of participation of this redemption offer. Persons whose legal capacity is limited or who are deprived of legal capacity must be represented by a legal representative. Promoter shall be entitled to verify age of claimants by asking for proof of identity and date of birth. Promoter shall be entitled not to award redemption to any winner who cannot prove they are over 18 years of age.

5. Redemption items are provided as is and are non-transferable. No cash alternatives will be offered. If Promoter is unable to award the redemption items as stated for any reason, Promoter may substitute items for others of reasonable equivalent value (at Promoter’s discretion). Once redeemed, if claimant(s) is unable to attend the match, they will forfeit their prize. In the unlikely event that the match is cancelled, Promoter shall make efforts to enable attendance at alternative match.

6. Where travel is part of the prize(s), claimants and participants are responsible for procuring their own insurance cover, as well as spending money / local currency or other miscellaneous expenses.

7. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any local tax obligations on claimants in relation to this Promotion or the redemption items claimed. The Promoter does not reimburse the entrants for any costs, nor does it fulfill any tax obligations incurred by entrants for participation or in connection with this Promotion.

8. The Promoter will be responsible for the delivery of the prize and all correspondence relating to same should be addressed directly to Promoter at the address at the bottom of these Terms & Conditions.

9. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for redemption attempts that are late, incorrect, illegible, incomplete, defaced, corrupt, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, hardware or software failure of any kind, mistypes or any other reason, or proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Promotion.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to update, or otherwise change the terms and conditions at any time, from time to time, or terminate the promotion at any time, and without notice. The Promoter will not award the redemption items if the promotion is terminated. By entering this Promotion, entrants accept these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant for failure to adhere to these rules. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

11. No third party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that either an entrant is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase the entrant’s entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these entrants will be disqualified, and any redemption item entitlement will be void.

12. If the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the decline to provide the redemption item.

13. Publicity. By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if they have redeemed a redemption card, their surname and county may be disclosed where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation.

14. Liability. The Promoter makes no representation or warranty in relation to any redemption item provided. Except as specifically set out herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, both the Promoter hereby excludes and shall not have any liability to any entrant or redemption winner in connection with or arising out of this Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes items, damages and other liabilities, provided that nothing herein shall operate so as to limit or exclude either the Promoter’s liability for personal injury or death caused by the Promoter’s negligence or liability for fraudulent misrepresentation. For all matters which can be limited by law, the Promoter’s maximum liability per redemption claimant shall be £1000. For the avoidance of doubt, this paragraph shall also apply in respect of any item provided by a third-party provider.

15. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

16. All of the Promoter’s decisions relating to the redemption of cards are final. No discussion or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into. There is no right of appeal.

The Promoter will need to process and share personal data with our partners in order to operate this Promotion, and you may need to provide further personal data to them for fulfillment purposes. Where these partners process personal data, it is subject to their own privacy notices. Other partners with whom we may share personal data include IT service providers, delivery companies, and business partners who help us to ensure the proper administration of the Promotion and associated services.
    
18. This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the England, and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this Promotion.
