Top 2024 Topps Series 1 RCs

2024 Topps Series 1

2024 Topps Series 1 #141 Elly De La Cruz RC

We’ve featured De La Cruz several times on this site, and the craze won’t stop anytime soon. The 2024 Topps Series One #141 Elly De Le La Cruz signifies “La Cocoa’s” first official Topps RC and should quickly become one of the most coveted cards in the De La Cruz card family. All eyes will be on the kid this season. He’s expected to go off.

2024 Topps Series 1

2024 Topps Series 1 #60 Jasson Dominguez RC

In 2023, Dominguez commenced his MLB career by becoming the first Yankees player to homer in two of his first three games since Aaron Judge in 2016. The Yanks’ highly-touted prospect didn’t stop there, tallying four dingers in through his first eight appearances. But then injury struck, and the budding star was sidelined, having to undergo Tommy John surgery. Word on the street is he could be back as early as June 2024. That will be a massive boost for a New York team looking to rebound after missing last year’s postseason. Either way, Dominguez is a prime player with a Hall of Fame ceiling that is a must-have in any collection. Happy Hunting!

2024 Topps Series 1

2024 Topps Series 1 #280 Evan Carter RC

Carter’s success in the 2023 postseason earned him his own post before this list was even considered. The late call-up helped lead the Rangers to their first World Series title, batting .300 in 17 postseason appearances and setting off fireworks. In 2024, Carter looks to start the year in the Opening Day lineup and will play a massive factor in Texas’ hopes of defending its crown. Be on the lookout. His success in the playoffs was no fluke and should parlay into an accolade-filled career.

2024 Topps Series 1

2024 Topps Series 1 #257 Colton Cowser RC

Baltimore’s had recent success through the draft, with young players like Adley Rutschman and Gunnar Henderson contributing to the team’s playoff berth last season. Cowser looks to be a part of the youth movement in B-More and make an impact in his own right. The fifth overall selection in 2021, Cowser has flashed promise at every level he’s played and even took home MVP honors at the 2023 Triple-A Championship Game. He earned a call-up later in the year and commenced his Big League story by drawing a walk and tallying an RBI single against the Yankees. More opportunities should be available in 2024. Look out for a breakout season. Cowser’s stock continues to rise.

2024 Topps Series 1

2024 Topps Series 1 #219 Christian Encarnacion-Strand RC

Encarnacion-Strand entered the 2023 season as the fifth-best prospect in the Reds’ organization. By the end of the campaign, he was a regular starter for Cincinnati and a key part of a team that surprised the baseball world by pushing for a spot in the postseason. Although the team didn’t make the playoffs, Encarnacion-Strand is one of the many bright spots. In 63 appearances, Encarnacion-Strand batted .270 to go along with 13 homers. That’s just the tip of the iceberg for a player with perennial All-Star potential. As Michael Jordan once said, “The ceiling is the roof!”
