The Search for the Grail Goes On!
The Grail, the interactive, year-long quest across the Topps soccer universe, continued last Friday with the much-anticipated release of 2023/24 Topps Merlin UEFA Club Competitions. The Grail, a competition for collectors in which they chase nine Christiano Ronaldo grail cards, is making the turn for home. Two Grail cards can be found in 2023/24 Topps Merlin UEFA Club Competitions (pictured above and below), meaning that as of Friday, eight of the nine cards needed to capture The Grail are now there for the chasing. The Grail consists of nine stunningly designed Ronaldo cards that, when combined, serve as a beautiful career retrospective of the UEFA Champions League’s all-time top scorer’s story in European competition. The final Grail card (pictured towards the bottom of this article) will be found in 2023/24 Topps UEFA Stadium Club Chrome set, beginning on October 23. And, while almost all the cards are there to be had, it’s not too late to start your quest and go for the Grail!

What Does the Quest Look Like?
With grail cards located in 2023/24 Topps Merlin UEFA Club Competitions, 2023/24 Topps Chrome UEFA Club Competitions, 2023/24 Topps Finest UEFA Club Competitions, 2023/24 Topps UEFA Club Competitions, 2023/24 Topps Museum Collection Champions League, and 2023/24 Topps UEFA Stadium Club Chrome, this is a year-long venture across the Topps Soccer landscape. Each Grail card has a unique redemption code, allowing collectors to register their Grail card online and feature in the live leaderboard. The first collector to register and verify all nine grail cards, completing the quest, will be awarded the grand prize. Collectors who finish in 2nd-6th place will also receive a special prize.
What Can I win?
The Grail is Topps Soccer’s premier hobby competition, with it comes a truly top-of-the-line prize. This year’s winner will receive hotel, airfare, and two tickets to the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League Final in Munich! In addition, the Grand Prize Winner will also receive a 1-of-1 card to commemorate the victory. Those who finish 2nd-6th will each receive a rare 1-of-5 card!
