Topps Digital Big Releases of the Week
October is in full swing, and so is the fall season across the Topps apps. This week, beloved heroes return to Marvel Collect!, two new sets hit Star Wars™: Card Trader, an exciting Chrome series drops in Topps BUNT, and the spirit of Halloween is in the air. Deadpool and Wolverine Arrive – Marvel Collect!
A few months after their record-breaking big-screen team-up, Deadpool and Wolverine have arrived with a new set in the Marvel Collect! app. Collect character spotlight cards, stylized movie posters, iconic scenes, comic panels, and other unique designs, all centering the dangerous mutant duo. Cards dropped on October 5, so get in the app today!
Pulp Covers Series 4 and the Legacy of Anakin Skywalker – Star Wars™: Card Trader
Star Wars™ fans have two new sets to get excited about this week. The first, Pulp Covers Series 4, arrived in the Star Wars™: Card Trader app on October 6, bringing more classic moments in the style of retro pulp sci-fi novels. Designed by the incredibly talented Robert Jiménez, these cards imagine Star Wars™ as it might have been in a different era, bringing your favorite characters to life as pulp cover stars.
Then, on October 11, the Legacy of Anakin Skywalker set arrives. Follow the life of the galaxy’s most famous Jedi (and Sith) from his early days on Tatooine to his reign of terror as Darth Vader. There are new Connections cards from the Star Wars™ movies and TV shows, Quotable cards with some of Anakin’s most famous lines, and lots more.
Cosmic Chrome is Here – Topps BUNT
As the MLB postseason excitement continues, the new Cosmic Chrome set approaches. Topps BUNT collectors can start the chase on October 11, assembling their favorite stars with bold new interstellar backgrounds and stylized designs. Collect subsets like Extraterrestrial Talent, Astrologically Aligned, and Planetary Pursuit, and keep your eyes peeled for cosmic signature parallels. There are 200 base cards to collect and lots of special surprises. Get in on the action when the set drops this Friday.
A New Halloween Collection – Marvel Collect!
The Halloween Collection arrives in the Marvel Collect! app later this week on October 12. Collect your favorite heroes and villains like Ghost Rider and Mephisto in the Base Roster set, and explore a range of spooky subsets. Assemble famous figures from the mystical side of the Marvel mythos with the Strange Tale Tarot series, each designed in a retro tarot card style. Or, venture into the world of the undead with the Blacklight Zombies subset. More fan favorites are waiting in Midnight Motion and the classic comic art of the Premier cards, so get ready to embrace the Halloween season starting this Saturday.
