Young Phenom’s Cards to Collect
The 2023 campaign was a dream with no nightmares (shoutout to Meek Mill) for Carter, the Rangers’ second-round pick in 2020, and his Texas squad. Not only did the Rangers lift their first World Series trophy in organization history, but Carter, the 21-year-old who only played in 23 regular-season games, came through in the clutch, carving out an unexpectedly massive role in the postseason and signing his name next to a host of greats in the process despite spending the majority of his year in the Minors.
