Update: Redemption Window Closed

Due to a production error, two versions of the Grail cards were inserted to packs:

• The intended version of coded cards
• An additional version of non coded cards. This version was created for internal testing purposes and was not intended to be included in the product

Only coded cards were eligible for Grail prizes in accordance with the previously published FAQ F1 – Topps and Terms and Conditions – Topps Ripped

We apologize for the production error -Topps issued $5,000 in FanCash for each verified non-coded Grail card that were submitted in the following manner –

1. Log in to your account at topps.com
2. Create a new defect submission
3. Include proof of purchase and a photo of the card:
   • Type the phrase “Grail Card Exchange” into the text box to ensure your submission is directed correctly
   • If you are attempting to exchanging multiple cards, indicate the number in the text box.
4. Once your submission is verified and approved, mail your non-coded Grail card to Topps for final verification per instructions.
   
   Mailed cards should have been postmarked no later than February 27, 2026. Late submissions were not eligible. 

After your card was received and verified, FanCash was added to your Topps account within 14 business days.
