Following an incredibly successful debut in 2024, Topps Cricket Legends of the Game is set to release soon with a stacked new checklist and exciting additions. Celebrating some of the sport’s most iconic players from all over the world, this is the perfect set for cricket purists and collectors alike, who are looking to add some star-studded names to their collection.
NEW FACES – English Heroes – Freddie Flintoff, James Anderson, Stuart Broad and more!
Topps Cricket ‘Legends of the Game’ debuted in 2024, with the likes of Jacques Kallis, Kumar Sangakkara and Kevin Pietersen being amongst the first name to be celebrated in the distinguished collection. This year sees a whopping 24 new names added to the checklist, with some major highlights to be found.
The first notable addition is the inclusion of English bowling greats James Anderson and Stuart Broad. The most successful bowling partnership ever, Anderson and Broad captivated crowds all over the world with spells of world-class swing bowling and finished their careers with a combined 1838 wickets in all formats between them, a truly iconic pair.

Joining them in making their debut appearance in a Cricket Legends set are fellow Englishmen Graeme Swann, David Gower, Graham Gooch, Graeme Hick, Jonathan Trott and Mark Butcher.
Furthermore, there is one other English name that is sure to be a big chase for collectors, Andrew ‘Freddie’ Flintoff. The legendary all-rounder is an unmistakable name in the world of cricket, having become his nation’s hero in the iconic 2005 Ashes series and gone on to become one of the sport’s most beloved players. Flintoff is a real fan favourite of the sport, with his return to the sport through coaching in the 2024 edition of The Hundred being met with great acclaim.

The 2025 release of Cricket Legends of The Game also sees some new names from a total of nine different countries.
In addition to the nine new names from England, there is also a new name from Ashes rivals Australia, with the iconic Mitchell Johnson, terroriser of English batsmen in the 2013-14 Ashes series, making his maiden appearance in a Cricket Legends set.

Other iconic names that are featuring for the first time are Pakistan’s Shahid ‘Boom Boom’ Afridi as well as West Indies white-ball hero Daren Sammy. Furthermore, for the first time in Cricket Legends of The Game, cricketers from the Netherlands and Ireland are represented, with Dutch icon Ryan ten Doeschate and Irish hero Kevin O’Brien featuring in their debut launch.

With new legendary names from England, South Africa, Pakistan, Ireland, Netherlands, Sri Lanka, West Indies and New Zealand, this a set that truly celebrates some of the WORLD’S best cricketers.
NEW DUAL AUTOS TO FIND!
As well as debuting autograph cards from some of cricket’s biggest names, such as Lasith Malinga and Dwayne Bravo, Topps Cricket Legends of the Game allows collectors to find dual autos for the first time in a cricket product!
There are 14 dual autos to find in this year’s release, with each card celebrating a pairing of legendary cricketers from some of cricket’s most successful nations. English pairings include the iconic 2005 Ashes-winning pairing of Kevin Pietersen and Freddie Flintoff, or you can roll back the years to England’s maverick pair of Ian Botham and David Gower.
From South Africa, two of the greatest cricketers to have graced the game come together on one card with Jacques Kallis and Dale Steyn, as well as a pair of Cricket Legends debutants in the form of Graeme Smith and Mark Boucher.

Some of Sri Lanka’s greatest-ever players are represented in Cricket Legends, but none come bigger than the batting juggernauts of Kumar Sangakkara and Mahela Jayawardene, two players who certainly knew how to score runs.

With dual autos from England, Australia, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, New Zealand, South Africa and the West Indies to find, this is a truly special cricket collection.
