  • Congratulations on collecting all nine unique Grail cards. If you are one of the first six people to collect all nine unique Grail cards and redeem the cards through The Grail site, someone from Topps will contact you to verify your cards. Once verified, and depending on where you fall in the first six to collect The Grail, you will be notified of your prize.

  • THESE OFFICIAL RULES (“OFFICIAL RULES”) PROVIDE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TOPPS GRAIL QUEST COMPETITION (THE “PROMOTION”). BY ATTEMPTING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION, ENTRANTS FULLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE PROMOTION SPONSOR, THE TOPPS COMPANY, INC. (“SPONSOR”), WHICH WILL BE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE PROMOTION.
  • Prizes:  One (1) Grand Prize Winner (as defined below) will receive (i) two (2) tickets to the 2024-2025 UEFA Champions League Final in Munich, Germany, including hotel and travel for two, subject to the limitations set forth below, and (ii) one (1) Promotion themed trading card as chosen by the Sponsor in its sole discretion (together, the “Grand Prize”). Five (5) Additional Winners (as defined below) will each receive (i) one (1) Promotion themed trading card as chosen by the Sponsor in its sole discretion and (ii) one (1) box of each of the Grail Product Set (each, a “Runner-up Prize” and together the with the Grand Prize, the “Prizes”). All Prizes are supplied by the Sponsor. 
  • Overview: The Grail is a nine (9) trading card continuity set which, when successfully collected, creates a unique three-by-three card set (the “Grail”). The nine (9) unique cards to make the Grail (each a “Grail Card” and collectively, the “Grail Cards”) can be found throughout packs of the following Sponsor products (collectively, the “Grail Product Set”):

  • Successful completion of the Grail will require at least one (1) Grail Card from each product in the Grail Product Set; provided, however, that Grail Cards may be purchased on secondary marketplaces subject to the terms and conditions of such marketplaces and these Official Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, the Sponsor will not accept responsibility for Grail Cards purchased on the secondary marketplace that are late, incorrect, illegible, incomplete, defaced, corrupt, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed, regardless of cause. For odds of finding a Grail Card, visit topps.com/odds. There are an aggregate of four-hundred and fifty (450) Grail Cards across the Product Set.
  • Entry Period: Begins April 12, 2024, and ends once all Prizes, including the Grand Prize are successfully claimed by the Grand Prize Winner and Additional Winners (“Entry Period”). No entries will be received after the Entry Period.
  • How to enter:  Entrants who collect a Grail Card and wish to enter the Promotion will need to (i) scan the QR Code on the back of each Grail Card or (ii) visit the website at: http://www.topps.com/the-grail (the “Site”).  The QR Code will direct entrants to the Site where the entrant will need to create a Promotion account and enter the unique redemption code on the back of each Grail Card. MAXIMUM ONE (1) ENTRY PER UNIQUE REDEMPTION CODE AND GRAIL CARD. All Grail Cards of any potential Grand Prize Winner or Additional Winner must be verified by the Sponsor or a Sponsor representative prior to the awarding of any Grand Prize or Runner-up Prize, respectively.  The Grail Cards must be in the physical possession of the potential Grand Prize Winner or Additional Winner(s) at the time of verification. The verification process, method and results are subject to the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
  • Winner: The first person (i) to successfully collect all nine (9) unique Grails Cards, (ii) register the Grail Cards at the Site in accordance with these Official Rules and (iii) whose Grail Cards are verified by Sponsor pursuant to these Official Rules will receive the Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize Winner”). The next five (5) entrants to successfully collect all nine (9) unique Grail Cards, register the Grail Cards at the Site in accordance with these Official Rules and whose Grail Cards are verified by Sponsor pursuant to these Official Rules will each receive one (1) Runner-up Prize (“Additional Winners”).
  • Notification: The winners of the Promotion will be sent a winner notification email to the email address they provided on the Site upon entry.  The winner notification emails shall be sent within seven (7) days after the entrant’s submission of the final Grail Card. The winners must then respond to the winner notification email within seven (7) days.  In the event that no response to the winner notification emails is received within that time scale, alternative Prize winner will be selected and the process stated above repeated until a winner responds to the notification email to claim their Prize.  A potential winner must prove eligibility, including, without limitation, proof of age and residence and possession of the requisite Grail Cards. Each potential winner must sign within 48 hours of receipt of the following documents from Sponsor: (a) an affidavit of eligibility and release (including a name, image, likeness release) releasing the Indemnified Parties (as defined below) and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and members from any and all liability, loss, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, loss, or any other harm suffered in connection with this Promotion or the use/misuse or acceptance of the Grand Prize or Runner-up Prize (as applicable) or any portion thereof to be eligible for the Grand Prize or Runner-up Prize (as applicable); and (b) except where prohibited by law, a promotional release granting Indemnified Parties the right to use his/her name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation; and any other documentation required by Sponsor, including  tax-related forms, and potential winner’s social security number or local equivalent for tax purposes (collectively, the “Releases”). Entry into this Promotion constitutes entrant’s agreement to sign such Releases. Each potential winner shall be responsible for obtaining and returning signed copies of the Releases within the allotted timeframe. Failure to return all such documents and comply with deadlines, noncompliance with these Official Rules or the return of any prize or prize notification will result in disqualification and, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, selection of an alternate potential winner. Upon receipt and acceptance by Sponsor of all requested documentation from a potential winner, Sponsor shall deem such potential winner as an official Promotion winner.
  • Entrant limits: The competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over, except directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, members of the immediate families or households of the aforementioned, of the Sponsor, the Sponsor’s affiliates, or any other person or entity connected with this Promotion.  Entrants must have internet access, mobile phone number and email address. Entrants confirm that all information submitted by them in respect of this Promotion is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge.  Entrants are responsible for fulfilling the conditions of participation of the Promotion. Persons whose legal capacity is limited or who are deprived of legal capacity must be represented by a legal representative.  Sponsor shall be entitled to verify age of winners by asking for proof of identity and date of birth.  Sponsor shall be entitled not to award prize(s) to any winner who cannot prove they are over 18 years of age.
  • Non-transferable: Prizes are provided as is and are non-transferable.  Any winner transferring a Prize to an unauthorised person shall be considered unjust enrichment.  The unauthorised winner shall be obliged to handover the object or unjust enrichment to Sponsor without delay.  No cash alternatives will be offered and prize winners must accept Prizes in the form offered. The Grand Prize Winner agrees not to sell, offer to sell or use the Prizes for any commercial or promotional purpose (including placing the prizes on an internet auction site).  If Sponsor is unable to award the Prizes as stated for any reason, Sponsor may substitute Prizes for others of reasonable equivalent value.
  • Expenses: The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any local tax obligations on winners in relation to this Promotion or the Prize(s) awarded.  With respect to the Grand Prize, Sponsor will reimburse the Grand Prize Winner for documented economy travel and lodging costs up to $4,200 in respect of economy travel and lodging related to attending the 2024-2025 UEFA Champions League Final. Except as set forth in the preceding sentence, the Sponsor does not reimburse the entrants for any costs or expenses, nor does it fulfil any tax obligations incurred by entrants for participation or in connection with any win of the Promotion.
  • Delivery: The Sponsor will be responsible for the delivery of the Prizes and all correspondence relating to same should be addressed directly to Sponsor at the address at the bottom of these Official Rules.
  • Entries: The Sponsor will not accept responsibility for entries that are late, incorrect, illegible, incomplete, defaced, corrupt, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, hardware or software failure of any kind, mistypes or any other reason, or proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Promotion.
  • Updates: The Sponsor reserves the right to update, or otherwise change these Official Rules at any time, from time to time, or terminate the competition at any time, and without notice. The Sponsor will not award the Prizes if the competition is terminated.  By entering this Promotion, entrants accept these Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant for failure to adhere to these rules. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor and which prevents the Sponsor from complying with these Official Rules, the Sponsor will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  • No third party or bulk entries: Entries via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Official Rules in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that either an entrant is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Sponsor using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase the entrant’s entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these entrants will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void. If the Sponsor has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened these Official Rules, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • Publicity. By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if he or she is a winner, his or her surname and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Sponsor. In these circumstances the entrant acknowledges that the Sponsor may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the regulatory authorities if required to do so. Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation.
  • General Terms. The Sponsor makes no representation or warranty in relation to any prize provided. Except as specifically set out herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we hereby exclude and shall not have any liability to any entrant or winner in connection with or arising out of this Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes, damages and other liabilities, provided that nothing herein shall operate so as to limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our gross negligence or liability for fraudulent misrepresentation. For all matters which can be limited by law, the Sponsor’s maximum liability per winner shall be $1,000. For the avoidance of doubt, this paragraph shall also apply in respect of any prize provided by a third-party provider. 
  • Indemnified Parties (as defined below) assume no responsibility for incorrect, inaccurate, or late entry information whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion or by any human error which may occur in the processing or running of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or Official Rules for any reason, including if the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion or amendment and/or adoption of new or existing laws and/or regulations regarding the administration, operation or any other aspect of the Promotion in any jurisdiction. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions by Sponsor are final.
  • CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE NEW YORK COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE PROMOTION AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK SHALL GOVERN THE PROMOTION. EACH PARTICIPANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, members, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all liabilities, claims, suits, losses, damages, expenses and costs (including, but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting or arising from: (a) the Promotion, including entrants participation therein, and/or (b) any breach or violation of any representation, warranty, obligation or covenant made by each entrant herein; and each entrant agrees to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Indemnified Parties, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Indemnified Parties, and hereby acknowledge that the Indemnified Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Promotion.
  • BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, ENTRANTS RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS, AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE PROMOTION OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROMOTION-RELATED ACTIVITY, AS WELL AS CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.
  • IN NO EVENT WILL THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF ANY ACCESS TO, LACK OF ACCESS TO, AND/OR USE OF THE PROMOTION WEBSITE, THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE PROMOTION WEBSITE, THE REMOVAL FROM THE PROMOTION WEBSITE, OR DISCONTINUATION OF ACCESS TO, ANY MATERIALS, OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF, OR PARTICIPATION IN, ANYTHING RECEIVED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION.
  • WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE PROMOTION, TOPPS, AND ALL RELATED ACTIVITIES AND MATERIALS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE PROMOTION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
  • All of the Sponsor’s decisions relating to the competition and/or redemption of the Prizes are final. No discussion or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.  There is no right of appeal.
  • Use and Transfer of Personal Information. By participating, each entrant agrees that their personally identifiable information collected or used in connection with the Promotion may be used by Sponsor in accordance with its privacy policy located at https://www.fanatics.com/what-is-your-privacy-policy/ch-2349. Any personal information held by Sponsor in connection with the Promotion will be held on record for a reasonable period to fulfill the purpose for which such personal information was collected. If an Entrant gives Sponsor permission to pass on their personal information to a third party then this shall no longer be the responsibility of Sponsor and shall be subject to the privacy policy of that third party.
